You will lead general contractors, project managers, and vendors, establish construction standards, and partner with Clinical Operations and IT to align with patient care priorities and capital plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• PMP/LEED certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably healthcare.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across a national portfolio.
• Strong contractor management, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction project delivery for US clinics (new developments, relocations, renovations).
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and compliant with healthcare regulations and company standards.
• Oversee general contractors, project managers, and external vendors; enforce standards and governance across portfolio.
• Drive speed to market and execution excellence by minimizing delays and optimizing timelines.
• Establish performance metrics and governance; maintain rigorous closeouts and handoffs to Facilities and Operations.
