JOB TITLE: Clinic Clerical Coordinator
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:Responsible for front office flow and front office operations within the clinic(s). Responsible for greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, relaying messages and registration of patients for appointments. Coordinates patient check-in procedures, collects patient payments, and manages all information necessary for complete patient demographics.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required. Front Desk Lead must be computer literate and able to operate EHR and multiple Microsoft Office applications. Must have a minimum of 5 years of Healthcare Clinic Experience
