Job summary

St Croix Health is seeking a Medical Assistant at our Webster clinic. This 0.8 FTE role primarily supports specialty care teams with standard hours Monday–Friday, 7:40–4:40, with potential to float to other sites as needed.

No evenings, weekends or holidays required at present, but may change with business needs. You will room patients, assist providers, document in the EMR, handle follow-ups, and ensure supplies and equipment are ready for procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with CMA or RMA credentials or an LPN license.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Clinic experience and EMR familiarity are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients; assist providers with exams and procedures.
• Monitor patient condition during treatments and document in EMR.
• Schedule procedures, manage follow-ups, and maintain chart accuracy.
• Order and inventory medical supplies; ensure cleanliness of instruments.
