Job summary

Seabright, a Stone Harbor Staffing Group company, is partnering with an exceptional ABA Clinic to hire a contract BCBA for a pediatric caseload. This full-time role offers a competitive weekly pay range and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide supervision, data collection, and treatment planning in line with BCBA standards, collaborating with a dedicated clinical team to positively impact children’s lives.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification completed or in process in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of verifiable BCBA experience within the last 3 years.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to a pediatric caseload.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with data collection and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with clinic team and supervise related ABA services.

• Weekly Pay Range: $40.87 - $48.07

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
