Ability Builders is urgently hiring a clinic-based BCBA to conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop and monitor individualized behavior plans, and supervise RBTs in a clinical setting. You will collaborate closely with families and other service providers to drive meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

This role requires a Master's in ABA or related field and BCBA certification in good standing, with strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a center-based setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
