Job summary

Sharp HealthCare seeks a Pharmacy Technician to expand our Specialty Pharmacy Services, working clinic-side in SRS/SCMG to recruit eligible patients and support providers with prior authorizations. You will help streamline procurement of specialty meds and improve patient care across the network.

The role requires a California Pharmacy Technician License, HS diploma, and 1 year of specialty pharmacy experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 Year Specialty pharmacy experience
• California Pharmacy Technician License (TCH) - REQUIRED
• Driver's License - CA DMV - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Expand Sharp Specialty Pharmacy Services by offering services to qualifying patients.
• Increase patient satisfaction by working clinic-facing in SRS/SCMG.
• Locate and recruit patients prescribed specialty medications.
• Assist providers with prior authorizations and drug procurement.
• Ensure smooth operations and patient care.
