1. Develop/follow therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
2. Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
3. Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
4. Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
5. Work collaboratively with other professionals
