$25–$29 per hour
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role

As a Clinic-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Savannah, GA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help children develop life skills, improve behaviors, and reach new levels of independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized ABA therapy programs

• Applying data-driven techniques to promote skill development and positive behavior

• Working closely with families to align therapy with each child's unique needs

• Documenting and tracking client progress using electronic medical records (EMR)

• Collaborating with a passionate and experienced clinical team

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active RBT Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

• Experience working with children of various ages and abilities

• Comfort using electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation

Preferred:

• TRICARE experience

• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

• A genuine passion for ABA and helping children succeed
