Clinic-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Savannah, GA
$25–$29 per hour
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

As a Clinic-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Savannah, GA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help children develop life skills, improve behaviors, and reach new levels of independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing individualized ABA therapy programs
Applying data-driven techniques to promote skill development and positive behavior
Working closely with families to align therapy with each child's unique needs
Documenting and tracking client progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
Collaborating with a passionate and experienced clinical team

Through clinic-based, in-home, and community-based ABA services, we serve children ages 2–18 in Georgia, Arizona, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Required:
Active RBT Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Experience working with children of various ages and abilities
Comfort using electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation
Preferred:
TRICARE experience
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
A genuine passion for ABA and helping children succeed
