Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or PA program with board certification
• Active, unrestricted state license (FNP or PA) and national credentialing
• Bilingual ability may be required depending on market needs, DOT certification within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide in-person and virtual visits to support patient health outcomes
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management
• Complete clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification and payments
• Maintain safe care environment and timely patient appointments
