Qualifications

• NP or PA candidates with relevant licensure and Board certification.
• Active, unrestricted state license and multi-state licensure as needed.
• Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care and vaccines.
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support outcomes.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and perform tests.
• Engage patients in wellness and preventive health services.
• Manage clinic operations: inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, and payments.
• Maintain a safe, efficient care environment with timely appointment management.
