Behavioral Framework, LLC is expanding by opening a brand-new ABA clinic in Rockville, MD and seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead the clinic. This leadership role offers a highly structured schedule, robust administrative support, and a focus on clinical quality without billable-hour pressure.

The position features a block schedule Mon–Wed, 7:30 AM–8:30 PM with a $100,000 salary and four days off per week, enabling strong work-life balance and meaningful client impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
• Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support
• Complete clinical supervision and case oversight
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and FBAs
• Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes
