Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at Longview Treatment Center. This role involves providing clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism and offers paid training along with a clear career growth path.

Full-time preferred hours are 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Entry-level starting pay is $15/hour, increasing with certification levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
