Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is looking for Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in various environments. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, with pay rates from $19.25 to $23.00 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus. Candidates should have a high school diploma or higher, reliable transportation, and a passion for working with children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma + one completed college course, currently enrolled, or a degree.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with travel to client locations (20–40 mi radius).
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA.
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors.
