Florida Digestive Health Specialists, LLP is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support Clinical Research Coordinators and the Lab Supervisor. The role involves preparing lab draw kits, requesting medical records, and stocking clinics. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required to communicate with diverse patients and staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with study visits, lab duties, records requests, and travel to other sites as needed. Strong organization and professionalism are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with study visits including vital signs, ECG, and blood draws.
• Assist with lab duties: blood and urine processing; shipment of specimens.
• Handle records requests and redaction tasks.
• Support CRC to prepare for monitor visits and source documents.
• Help file documents in the subject chart.
• Travel to other sites to assist in clinic and lab operations.
• Attend Clinic Assistant meetings and perform additional duties as needed.

Description: The Clinic Assistant is responsible for assisting the Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) in clinic and the Lab Supervisor in the lab. Clinic responsibilities include preparing lab draw kits, assisting in requesting medical records and clinic stocking. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, have the ability to communicate well across a wide variety of people, and complete tasks within short deadlines.

Education and Experience

• Additional higher education preferred
• Clinical research experience (1 year preferred)
