Job summary

HCA Florida Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to coordinate unit operations and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work with the management team to monitor nursing care and support staff to achieve exceptional patient experiences.

In partnership with leadership, you will drive outcomes, provide coaching, and assist with admissions and discharges while coordinating scheduling and staffing to maintain optimal patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree
• No Travel Required
