Job summary

Scripps Health in Encinitas is seeking a Clinical Lab Scientist (New Grad) for a full-time role on the evening shift (1:30pm–11:00pm) at Scripps Memorial Hospital. The team emphasizes patient-centered care and offers a supportive environment within a nationally recognized health system.

New grads will receive extensive training and mentorship. The position starts with a flat rate of $38.54/hour; upon earning the California generalist license (MTA), the pay rate will be adjusted accordingly.
