The Clinical Documentation Specialist is responsible for reviewing medical records concurrently to facilitate accurate representation of patient complexity by improving the quality of providers' clinical documentation.

Your Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Board of Nursing (Texas) license
