Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in recreation programs or working with children.
• Experience with top rope and lead climbing/belaying preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead day-to-day operations of recreation programs.
• Take attendance and verify absences; manage participant records.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct post-activity cleanup.
• Assist with facility setup and interaction with visitors.
• Support climbing programs with safety checks and instruction.
