Job summary

Teton County seeks an entry-level recreation program assistant to support a variety of programs and events under basic supervision. You will help with day-to-day operations, assemble supplies, and assist with attendance and safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and up to 1 year of experience in recreation or working with children; CPR and First Aid certification is required. Must be able to work nights and weekends and outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and leads day-to-day operations of assigned recreation programs and activities.
• May take attendance for assigned group and contact participants or parents as needed.
• Enforces rules and safety procedures; assists with set-up, clean-up, and sanitation.
