Qualifications

• 3+ years of climbing experience with some prior teaching or coaching experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging private climbing sessions tailored to participant goals.
• Coordinate class schedules and logistics with gym management.
• Manage private session bookings through CRG's booking platform.
• Foster an inclusive and positive atmosphere in every session.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
