Momentum Indoor Climbing, Silver Street, is seeking an Adult Program Instructor to lead group classes and provide private sessions for climbers of varying experience levels. You will translate movement concepts into clear coaching cues and foster an approachable, fun learning environment.

Applicants should have solid bouldering experience and strong communication skills, able to adapt coaching to different learning needs and ages. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Solid personal climbing experience with strong movement knowledge in the bouldering discipline.
• Ability to communicate technique clearly and adapt your coaching style to different learning needs.
• Comfortable instructing adults of varying ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead adult group classes covering topics such as movement, fundamentals, footwork, route reading, and climbing technique.
• Provide private instruction sessions tailored to individual goals and skill levels.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for climbers at every stage.
• Collaborate with the program team to maintain consistent, high-quality curriculum.
