Job summary

Reach Climbing and Fitness seeks a passionate Climbing Coach to lead youth and/or adult classes, helping climbers improve technique and strength while fostering a positive environment.

You will guide beginners through fundamentals and support athletes aiming for higher competition goals, contributing to a welcoming community. Evening and weekend availability is helpful to align with class schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching climbers of all levels.
• Strong understanding of technique, movement, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coach youth and/or adult climbing classes and team sessions.
• Provide instruction on climbing technique, movement, and safety.
• Encourage personal growth and confidence through supportive coaching.
• Help create a fun, motivating, and inclusive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other staff and coaches to ensure quality in programming.
• Assist with competitions, community events, and gym initiatives as needed.
