The Davey Tree Expert Company in Toledo, OH is seeking a Climbing Arborist to trim and remove trees and manage tree health and safety on client sites. You will work on-site with a crew, using DdRT/MRS and SRT/SRS climbing systems and state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors and working at heights.
• Completion of Davey Tree Orientation Program after hire.
• First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course within hire period.
• Licenses for pesticides if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Climb trees using DdRT/MRS and SRT/SRS systems.
• Work with ground crew and crew leader as part of a team.
• Perform pruning and removal safely and skillfully for clients.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment.
• Install cables, bracing and lightning protection as needed.
