Aerotek in Southaven, MS, seeks a Forklift Operator and Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations. You will operate reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts, using RF guns and SAP to manage inventory and orders in a climate-controlled facility.

The role requires safety-minded, detail-oriented team players, with Saturday overtime, and a contract-to-hire path offering long-term opportunity in a fully onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating reach trucks and order pickers in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient with RF scan guns to track inventory and orders.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts to move, stage, and store products.
• Use RF scanners and SAP to locate, scan, and record inventory movements and put-away.
• Receive products, verify paperwork, and ensure correct put-away to designated locations.
• Perform put-away, label pallets, and store according to warehouse standards.
• Move products to support shipping, receiving, replenishment, and material handling tasks.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Pick orders with RF scanners, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Verify orders and pallets for accuracy and proper palletizing.
