Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in venture capital or related fields.

- Strong financial analysis and capitalization structure skills.
- Experience working with startups and investors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Strong relationship-building across diverse stakeholders.
- Systems-thinking with repeatable tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver capital solutions to D3 startups.
- Advise founders on fundraising strategy, timing, and capital type.
- Connect startups with investors across equity, debt, project finance, and catalytic capital.
- Explain investor requirements and conditions for access to capital.
- Track portfolio financing needs and outcomes to identify gaps.
