Job summary

Hedge Impact headhunting is assisting in recruiting a Senior Director for an impact-first investing advisory practice focused on climate solutions. The role centers on sourcing, vetting, and delivering high-impact investment opportunities while building a rigorous IMM framework.

The successful candidate will lead a small team, develop cross-functional strategies with GCS and Advising, and expand the organization's capabilities in catalyzing capital for climate action across global markets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of leading deal origination, due diligence, and impact assessment for impact-first investments.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) systems.
• Deep knowledge of private markets, deal structures, catalytic capital, and impact valuation.
• Extensive knowledge of climate solutions and Global South contexts.

Responsibilities

• Source and curate climate investment solutions with robust vetting frameworks.
• Lead impact assessments for potential deals and curate actionable opportunities for investors.
• Build and maintain a global network of experts and advisors for climate investments.
• Develop internal upskilling and cross-functional collaboration to enhance investment fluency.
• Coach and mentor team members across Communications and Advising.
