Corporate Accountability seeks a Climate Director to lead climate campaigns, build coalitions, and hold multinational polluters accountable. This remote US role offers collaboration with a global movement and the option to use our Campaign Headquarters in Boston, MA.

You will shape strategy, manage budgets, and work with allies to advance racial equity while driving meaningful policy change in climate justice campaigns.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in corporate campaigning, climate organizing, or related fields.
• Commitment to advancing racial equity and ending systems of oppression.
• Seasoned organizer with ability to build campaigns and facilitate meetings.
• Experience engaging decision makers across sectors with integrity.
• Proven leadership bridging teams, coalitions, and organizational priorities.
• Team player who can work across diverse backgrounds and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead climate campaign development aligned with priorities and budgets.
• Partner with allies and coalition partners to mobilize members.
• Drive goals by leading staff to deadlines; manage proposals and policies.
• Coordinate with communications to align strategies.
• Facilitate strategic planning meetings with racial equity in mind.
• Oversee administrative functions, including budget and logistics.
• Collaborate with development to inform donors and participate in major donor visits.
• Travel 4–6 times yearly to UN and conferences.
• Participate in organization-wide planning and campaigns.
