Responsibilities

• Promote merchandise through effective recommendations and locating items based on customer needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Ensure efficient register experience and adherence to policies on payments, coupons, returns, and exchanges.
• Support replenishment and store floor presentation; participate in visual directives.
• Engage in clienteling and wardrobing to build a customer following and loyalty.
• Sign up clients for reward programs and execute a cohesive omnichannel experience.
