Overview

TransUnion's Client Value Executive will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of customers who utilize services aimed at reducing the risks associated with tenant approval and rental decisions. This role is primarily responsible for protecting and retaining a substantial base of existing client revenue by fostering strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving measurable return on investment in TransUnion solutions.

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience supporting conceptual services in a technical, complex, and fast-paced selling environment leveraging consultative sales acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Understanding of rental screening environment, as well as data and analytics relevant to the industry.
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying a need, to developing the solution with a measurable value prop, to closing the deal and seeing it through to implementation.
  • Experience negotiating complex agreements and communicating technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Driver's Privacy Protection Act, and The Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and virtual meeting software (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Impact You'll Make
  • Proactively manage a large base of existing clients, supporting day-to-day customer relationships.
  • Defend existing revenue within assigned account base by developing a deep understanding of each client’s business needs and issues to drive client value.
  • Expand relationships within existing account base to uncover incremental revenue opportunities by partnering with Sales and Client Executives on new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and deliver Executive Business Reviews with clients where applicable.
  • Coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues across service, billing, technical, delivery, etc.
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies & competitors specific to our Tenant & Employment vertical.
  • Maintain meeting notes, renewal forecasts, legal documentation, and client contact information electronically in Salesforce.com for assigned client base.
  • Create and maintain Account Business Plans within a matrixed internal team for assigned clients.
  • Provide clients with ongoing education of TransUnion’s solutions via thought leadership, events, etc.

Pay Scale Information: The U.S. base salary range for this position is $54,200.00 - $84,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for base pay and commission, with commission targets typically 20% – 50% of base salary. The salary range is an estimate and actual compensation is based on factors including education, training, experience, skill set, location, and market considerations. Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives and other compensation per company guidance.
