Job summary

Northstar Behavioral Health Network is seeking staff to transport clients to appointments, maintain vehicles, and assist with intake and documentation. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with MN statutes, and strong communication within a supportive team.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid MN driver’s license, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of MN 245G and related statutes (245A.04, 245A.65, 626.556, 626.557) and ability to follow regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet research.
• Must have a valid MN driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• CPR and 1st Aid certification or willingness to participate in NBH courses.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from appointments and related tasks.
• Maintain and clean vehicles; report defects and coordinate maintenance.
• Ensure passenger safety and compliance while in vehicles.
• Document client information and update logs and forms.
• Support counselors with intake/admission procedures and client orientation.
