Job summary

American Addiction Centers is seeking a driver to transport clients and facility visitors using company vehicles. The role runs Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm, with duties that include ensuring passenger safety, adhering to traffic regulations, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, an insurable record, and at least two years of commercial driving experience. Knowledge of DOT rules and safety protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have an insurable driving record.
• At least 2 years previous commercial driving experience.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• The Driver operates company vehicle to transport clients and facility visitors.
• Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday - 6:30am-2:30pm.
• Complies with local traffic regulations and dress code.
• Keeps vehicle clean, polished, and in operating condition.
• Assists passengers to enter and leave car and provides orientation during transport.
