Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1+ years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in or working knowledge of training protocols.
• Exceptional organization and planning skills.
• Strong preference for experience working in or with small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs in coordination with region directors and subject matter experts.
• Establish and coordinate a statewide training calendar across regions to minimize duplication.
• Facilitate training sessions via Zoom webinars and support program preparation and promotions.
• Monitor, document, and report training activities; maintain LMS course structures and reporting dashboards.
