Job summary

Helion Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Client Technology Manager to join their Account Management team. Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ experience in Account Management.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of 10+ clients, ranging from 100-2,000 users.
  • Technology Advisory/IT Sales Experience highly preferred.

  • Oversee complete resolution on escalated technical issues.

The Client Technology Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a trusting, responsive customer relationship that results in successful technology planning and overall customer satisfaction. They oversee the complete resolution on escalated technical issues, and solicit feedback through regular client visits.
