American Communications Solutions and By Light Professional IT Services, together as Full Spectrum Operations (FSO), are hiring dedicated and talented IT professionals under the Eastern Western Operational Communications Services (EWOCS) contract. EWOCS provides reliable high-quality communications and innovative IT solutions for the Guardians, Airmen, and Government agencies assigned to Patrick Space Force Base, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, and Vandenberg Air Force Base. Responsibilities
  1. The Client Systems Technician installs and repairs equipment; instructs customers in equipment operation; provides technical assistance; checks equipment for malfunctions.
  2. Performs maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
  3. Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
  4. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to resolve issues promptly.
  5. Installs, upgrades, and removes products ensuring coordination with engineering field changes.
  6. Assembles, installs, and configures systems and equipment based on site assessments and schematics.
  7. Completes system programming and optimization during installation.
  8. Performs routine system maintenance, hardware configurations, and manages equipment components.
  9. Provides on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
  10. Maintains effective communication and relations with customers.
  11. The Customer Service Representative Associate travels frequently to customer sites and performs field technician duties as assigned.
Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative Associate shall:
  1. Handle semi-routine assignments with occasional deviations from standard practices.
  2. Work is reviewed for accuracy to prevent delays or additional costs.
  3. Assist and train less experienced personnel when needed.
Required Experience/Qualifications
  1. MUST possess a CompTIA Security+ or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II certification.
  2. High School diploma plus advanced training, with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Special Requirements/Security Clearance
  • MUST hold an ACTIVE DOD TS/SCI Security Clearance.
