Job summary

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking a Client Support Worker (CSW) in Griffin, GA to provide care for individuals facing behavioral health challenges. The role includes supporting medication administration, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment across 8-hour shifts including day, evening, and overnight.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license, background check, drug screen, and MVR history; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with substance abuse or IDD populations (preferred).
• Fingerprint-based background check (GA & Federal).
• Drug screen required.
• MVR for seven years.
• Current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to individuals with substance abuse, ISP requirements, or intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Observation and documentation of self-administration of medication, as necessary.
• Complete medication counts.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Maintains a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
• Treat each individual with respect, dignity and listening in a professional manner.
• Facilitate groups to address treatment plan.
• Complete clear and legible group and shift notes to reflect individual’s progress/regress in reaching treatment plans and goals.
• Ensure individuals attend doctor's appointments as assigned by Lead House Parent - transporting individuals as necessary.
• Document all concerns and upload all discharge paperwork.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
