Job summary

Genesis Exhibits is seeking an experienced Client Support Services Technician to join our High Point, NC warehouse team. You will provide labor support for trade show booth builds, inventory updates, refurbishment, and field service installs/dismantles, with occasional travel and overtime as needed.

Based at our 26,000 sq ft facility, you will interpret CADs and drawings, manage assets, operate forklift and related equipment, and ensure safe, accurate handling of materials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to follow procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Experience in warehouse and trade show field service.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain all client exhibit assets.
• Interpret CADs, renderings, drawings, job request forms, etc.
• Repair products as part of refurbishment and re-inspection.
• Track and update warehouse inventory using custom applications.
• Operate forklift, scissor lift, Genie lift, and related equipment.
• Support on-site builds, I&D labor, and supervision.
• Follow safety rules and keep workspace clean and organized.
• Occasional travel and overtime as needed.
