Client Support Specialist - SureTech Labs

This position is located close to the airport on the west side of Indianapolis and requires being in the office 5 days/week.

The Client Support Specialist at SureTech Labs provides excellent service to internal and external customers, helping build a sustainable service organization that meets or exceeds marketplace standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support (70%)
    • Be the first point of contact for laboratory customers, managing their experience from start to finish.
    • Collaborate with lab and Land O’Lakes teams to ensure timely service, answer calls/emails, resolve issues, and monitor sample progress.
    • Understand customer needs, offer strategies, and support their business goals.
    • Manage data queries, maintain documents, support account records, and assist with billing and payments.
    • Coordinate with courier partners for sample delivery.
    • Manage inventory of sampling supplies.
  2. Improve Customer Experience (15%)
    • Implement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
    • Support process improvement strategies, identify pain points, and suggest solutions.
  3. Sample Login Support (10%)
    • Assist with sample submission questions and data entry as needed.
  4. Reception and Building Support (5%)
    • Manage front desk, greet guests, oversee badges, monitor security, and maintain supplies.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
  • Experience in a laboratory environment or with systems like JDE, Ariba, Toscana, or Lab Vantage LIMS is a plus but not required.
