Position Summary

This is a fully remote position. The Client Support Representative for Aetna Commercial Client Support will focus on delivering exceptional service on escalated pharmacy concerns. You will be accountable for researching and resolving member escalations including Prior Authorization status, Specialty/Mail Order prescription concerns, as well as general requests to assist a member with their Pharmacy Healthcare experience. You will assist our members with navigating their Healthcare with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional client service and timely resolution of issues within the team environment. You will also manage outstanding concerns to ensure accurate resolution and communication is completed on every concern assigned.

You are expected to professionally manage a high volume of correspondence to include but not limited to phone calls, emails, and Salesforce cases from clients and internal partners to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately. Correspondence should be professional, thorough and deliver a clear message.

Your success will be driven by exceeding quality and turnaround time expectations. Your skills as an excellent client liaison and complex problem solver will also contribute to your success. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines so ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions is imperative. The contributions you will make will position CVS Health as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the Pharmacy Benefit Management marketplace.

Candidate location: Must be in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone

Overtime: Occasional need for scheduled overtime, weekend and holidays as determined by business need (e.g., "Welcome Season").

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
