Job summary

AFG is seeking a motivated, organized Client Support Specialist to support our financial advisory clients and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, providing support across several client-facing software platforms, assisting with new client onboarding, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with time in the Pittsburgh, PA office during onboarding and for team meetings or projects.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 2+ years of related experience, or 5 years in a similar role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in financial services or Investment Firm/RIA preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across eMoney, Wealthscape/ Fidelity portal, and client portal via phone or email.
• Assist with new client onboarding, proposals, contracts, and CRM data.
• Coordinate client meetings and data sessions in Outlook.
• Provide backup phone coverage and respond to practice group data requests.
