Job summary

Kingswood U.S. is seeking an experienced Client Support & Transition Specialist with a strong business development mindset to join our team on-site in Boca Raton.

You will own projects from start to finish, coordinating client operations and account transitions with speed and precision. Ideal candidates have previous experience in an RIA, broker-dealer, or financial services firm, possess Series 7 / SIE, and are capable of learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience at an RIA, broker-dealer, or financial services firm.
• Series 7 / SIE active or commitment within 6 months.
• Strong client communication and lead-tracking discipline.
• Familiarity with Raymond James and/or Schwab Advisor Center is a plus or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site client operations support across client operations, transition management, and business development.
• Coordinate scheduling, review materials, and manage daily workflow.
• Keep leads and conversations organized and tracked; report back on progress.

You bring:

• Hands-on experience with custodian-to-custodian account transitions
• Raymond James and/Schwab Advisor Center experience/or have the ability to learn quickly
• Series 7 / SIE (active or committed to obtaining within 6 months)
• Exceptional organizational skills - you run tasks independently, set priorities, schedule, and report back
• Bilingual preferred: Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian

This is a blended role providing excellent support to our clients and partners across client operations, transition management, and business development, working directly alongside firm executives. You will manage your daily workflow, coordinate scheduling and meeting review materials, and keep every lead and conversation organized and tracked. Expected Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
