Jackson Hewitt - AHC is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the welcoming face for clients visiting our offices. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials and keeping clients engaged during wait times.

The role emphasizes excellent communication in a customer-service oriented environment, with opportunities for advancement and employee perks.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
