Jackson Hewitt - EUQ is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate in Huntsville, AL. You will greet clients, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include confirming appointments, following up with clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required; training is provided to support growth.
