Client Support and Service Coordinator II-HMJ

Summary of Position:

Responsible for providing strength-based, client-centered services and interventions, developing contacts with service providers, educating clients, and monitoring service provision.

Position Details:
  • Type: Full-time, non-exempt
  • Reports to: Program Manager
  • Hours: Generally Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some evenings/weekends
Environment & Physical Demands:

Must remain stationary, operate office machinery, communicate effectively, and travel in the community, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Education & Experience:
  • Master’s degree in human services or related field
  • Experience in helping/service fields, community resources, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $48,000 - $57,600 annually
