• Minimum 3–5 years in customer service or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and other job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions.
• Able to communicate and respond to questions professionally, with a positive and service‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preliminary project research with PM/PLS to support proposals.
• Prepare and send invoices and quotes to customers.
• Manage quoting and coordinate proposals from Landmark under PM/PLS supervision.
• Maintain client communications and internal notes to support project scope.
• Prepare field packages and organize documents for crews under supervision.
• Daily reporting and administrative support to meet deadlines.
