Client Success Strategist (Remote | Per-Client Pay)

We’re seeking a motivated, independent contractor, commission-based, and mission-driven individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. In this remote role, you’ll use a consultative and educational approach to connect with potential clients, assess their needs, and guide them toward services that align with their goals.

This role is performance-based, compensated per successfully enrolled paying client. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys flexible work, values purposeful conversations, and is skilled at connecting people with the right solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with prospective clients via phone, video, and email
  • Educating individuals about available services, eligibility, and benefits
  • Conducting needs assessments to match clients with suitable offerings
  • Building trust and rapport through empathy, active listening, and clear communication
  • Tracking outreach and follow-up efforts using a CRM or similar system
  • Collaborating with the team to refine outreach strategies and messaging

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
