What Youll Do:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads and decision-makers (CIOs, Directors, and Business Users) in higher education.
  • Qualify leads through consultative conversations, using our value-based discovery script.
  • Promote our core services: Salesforce, Workday, Banner, Ellucian, ERP/CRM consulting, and Staff Augmentation.
  • Track and manage leads in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ensure timely follow-ups and status updates.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the executive/consulting team.
  • Meet or exceed weekly KPIs including connect rates, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.

What Were Looking For:

  • Expertise:
  • 3-7 years of experience in US outbound B2B sales, tele-calling, or lead generation.
  • Experience working with IT consulting, US staffing, or SaaS organizations preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English) neutral to American accent preferred.
  • Ability to understand complex service offerings and communicate them clearly.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts aligned to the US Eastern or Central Time Zone.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for winning.
