INFUSE is seeking a passionate Client Success Specialist to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive satisfaction across diverse industries. You will build trusted relationships, oversee timely delivery of solutions, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives.

Formación

Proven track record of managing client relationships in related fields such as hospitality, client success, or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Empathetic understanding of client needs with proactive solutions.
Ability to address challenges and offer solutions proactively.

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions per client needs and objectives.
Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams for growth.
Assist with client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Provide administrative and operational support such as data entry and scheduling.
