Job summary

Asteris is seeking a Client Success Representative to be the trusted partner for veterinary practices using Keystone. You will own the client relationship after the sale, from onboarding through renewal, ensuring each practice gets full value from the platform and grows with us.

You will manage a portfolio of veterinary practices, guide onboarding, run regular check-ins, monitor account health, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Support, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, ideally in SaaS.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine drive to help clients succeed.
• Organized and proactive, able to manage many accounts and priorities at once.
• Comfortable learning software quickly and explaining it clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience with a CRM or customer success platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of veterinary practices and hospitals as main point of contact.
• Lead onboarding and training for new clients to ensure quick, confident setup.

• Monitor account health, flag risks, and protect renewals to prevent churn.

The Role

As a Client Success Representative, you will be the trusted partner for veterinary practices using Keystone. You will own the client relationship after the sale, from onboarding through renewal, making sure every practice gets full value from the platform, stays happy, and grows with us.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of veterinary practice and hospital accounts, acting as their main point of contact
• Lead onboarding and training so new clients are up and running quickly and confidently
• Run regular check-ins and account reviews to understand client goals and drive product adoption
• Monitor account health, flag risks early, and take action to protect renewals and prevent churn
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close them
• Work closely with Technical Support and Product to resolve issues and share client feedback
• Keep accurate account records and notes in the CRM

What You Bring
