Job Description

About Us

We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Client Success Partner to serve as a vital bridge between our internal teams and clients. This role requires a proactive, self‑motivated individual who can advocate for both the company and our clients, ensuring that needs are met and solutions are effectively implemented. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem‑solving, and organization, prioritizing decisions based on client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary post‑sales point of contact for clients, managing strategic communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Manage the delivery and execution of exiting contractual obligations and day‑to‑day relationship with key account clients with a strong emphasis on fine details.
  • Resolve complex client challenges, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate how Sportradar products and services impact the client's business objectives and provide tailored solutions to maximize their return on investment and revenue potential.
  • Maintain a structured approach to tracking client feedback and leveraging insights to refine services and offerings.
  • Lead and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and successful adoption of Sportradar products and services.
  • Optimize internal processes impacting client experience, driving efficiency and timely delivery of services.
  • Ensure alignment and integration of account management strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution.
  • Conduct proactive client outreach based on account health metrics to foster long‑term partnerships and growth.
  • Partner with sales, product, and technical teams to advocate for client needs, influence product roadmaps, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Other tasks as defined.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in client success, account management, or a related role, ideally in the technology, sports, and/or gaming industry.
  • Experience managing senior relationships at large Fortune 500 companies, strategic accounts and emerging market players. Experience working with high‑tech sports media, broadcast and/or technology companies is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify key decision makers and build trust and rapport with executive level stakeholders.
  • Ability to become deeply immersed in the high‑tech and sports technology ecosystems. Prior experience and contacts are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Superior organizational and decision‑making skills and exceptional problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills are required.
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a structured account team.
  • A results‑driven approach with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Knowledge of Sportradar products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sports media, broadcast and technology landscape is a plus.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% for client meetings and other business purposes.

Recruitment Process
  • Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
  • Technical Assessment: A short (home) task to showcase your technical skills.
  • Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution, as also discuss team fit.
  • Onsite Interview (If not organized on prior interview stages): Meet with the local team and take a tour of our office for a final meet‑and‑greet.

Pay Range

$105,000 - $120,000

Additional Information

Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
