About the Role

We are looking for a Client Success Partner to support our growing client base across our coaching and leadership programs. This is a remote, commission-based position, perfect for someone passionate about personal development and ready to build a career with autonomy, meaning, and high-income potential.

You’ll play a key role in guiding potential and existing clients through our services, offering support, insights, and a human touch. You’ll help them feel seen, supported, and inspired to take action on their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with leads and guide them through our coaching programs and services
• Provide onboarding and check-in support to ensure a positive client experience
• Maintain communication with clients via email, phone, and Zoom
• Help manage program logistics, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Work closely with coaches to track progress and support success
• Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm

• A background in coaching, education, client support, or relationship management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your time and workflow independently
